Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX)

All services of Trans Ocean Pacific Forwarding B.V. are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX). These conditions have been filed with the courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and apply to all our services and agreements.

What is FENEX?

FENEX is the official industry association for freight forwarders and logistics service providers in the Netherlands. Founded in 1905, the organization represents thousands of companies active in ocean freight, air freight, road transport, warehousing and customs services. FENEX stands for quality, reliability and a strong position of Dutch logistics both nationally and internationally.
