In 1994, the Taiwanese headquarters was compelled to cease operations, prompting Jean Paul van Munster to acquire 100% of TOP Rotterdam's shares. By this time, the Rotterdam office had established a strong international presence, rendering it independent of the parent company.

As the firm transitioned into the new millennium, it adopted the name Trans Ocean Pacific forwarding B.V., expanding its range of services to encompass project forwarding, NVOCC, consolidation, and customs clearance. In 2004, Evert Braam joined the company as CFO and partner, tasked with overseeing its continued growth. Since July 2015, the listed company Singapore Post has been a shareholder, while both Jean Paul van Munster and Evert Braam have retained their positions within the firm.
